What exactly does BPM help with for our wedding?
BPM combines digital planning tools with a network of trusted local vendors. You get calendar and timeline, guest list and seating, budget and vendor cost tracking, chat with guests and vendors, and a private event page for images and stories. You decide what you handle yourself and where you want us to step in and coordinate.
Do we or our guests need an app or account to use the tools?
No. Your guests don’t need to install anything or create accounts. Invitations, RSVP, seating map, games, photos and updates are all accessed via simple links or QR codes. We design everything so even less digital guests can use it comfortably.
Can we use BPM only for digital tools, without full-service planning?
Yes. Some couples use only our digital tools (calendar, guest list, budget, chat, event page), others combine them with decor ideas, partner vendors and on-the-day coordination. We fit around what you’ve already planned instead of forcing a fixed package.
Where do you work and which languages do you support?
We’re based in Baranja and focus on Eastern Croatia and Western Hungary, with online coordination beyond that. The platform works in Croatian and Hungarian (and English where needed), and we usually plan budgets in euros.
